This work is a glimpse into my internal world through the expression of music and sound design. The album itself was inspired by my time in a partial hospitalization program for mental health issues. These tracks have been described as ethereal, textural, meditative, and cinematic outsider music. Each piece was composed and mixed in one session respectively. I blend my field recordings into each piece and ultimately try to make music that brings me comfort personally and inspires me to self-reflect.
